I highly recommend working with Alex. This was my first time purchasing a place, and I'm not sure how I would have gone through the whole process without Alex's expertise and guidance. Alex not only knows the Boston area better than anyone I've talked to, but he also understands the strategies and nuances of real estate needed in securing a place in this competitive market. I spent the past year searching for my first home, and Chris Taylor was enormously helpful, extremely responsive and endlessly patient throughout the process. First off, don't let the length of my search deter you, as that was my fault with my ever-changing parameters. Nevertheless, Chris stood patiently by my side as we bounced around from neighborhood to neighborhood (Allston, Brighton, Brookline, JP, Dorchester, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford). He also was very accommodating to my work schedule and would meet with me as late as 8pm in some instances. He walked me through every step of the home-buying process, and also had every resource that I needed along the way. All in all, Chris was just a pleasure to work with and I'd definitely work with him again in the future as soon as I pay off this mortgage. 

I should note, at some point, Chris had to take a week or so off, but in the interim, set me up with his colleague, Xavier, to continue showings. Chris still somehow managed to answer emails while he was on vacation.
